At House of Shivis, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of perfume oils and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofshivis@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
